PB BSc Nursing is an undergraduate program designed for registered nurses (RNs) who have completed their General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma or Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) course. It provides an opportunity for RNs to advance their education and enhance their nursing skills. The curriculum typically includes advanced nursing concepts, leadership and management principles, community health nursing, and specialized nursing practices. Through a combination of theoretical learning and clinical experiences, PB BSc Nursing students deepen their understanding of nursing theory and practice, develop advanced clinical competencies, and prepare for leadership roles in nursing. Upon completion of the program, graduates are awarded a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and are equipped to pursue diverse career opportunities in healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, community health centers, and educational institutions.
